Upgrade Subscriptions

Existing subscriptions can be changed within runtime.

Procedure

Open the existing subscription in your shop account (Website – Shop -> My account)

Click “Upgrade/Downgrade” Button

Change the quantity to the final desired amount of the product and complete the purchase. Do not just buy the newly needed licenses.

Downgrading an existing subscription is not longer possible. Please cancel the subscription and order a new one!
